12-14lb. Diestal Free Range Turkey brined overnight & infused with thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper.
Stuffing - Sourdough bread cubes, Italian sausage, fresh herbs including sage, rosemary & thyme, mirepoix of celery, carrots & onions, chicken stock.
Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes
Green Bean Almondine – fresh green beans sauteed in brown butter & almonds and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Cranberry Chutney – cranberries, figs, red wine, orange juice, rosemary & thyme.
